--Meet the photographer--

I still remember the night when I first got there..It was pitch black outside, you could see nothing...nothing but stars...And it was freezing..absolutely FREEZING..and it was just September..My sister helped me unpack my stuff..and cried while saying goodbye..She was still crying as I watched her drive off into the night..leaving me there..alone..with nobody except my husband..That night I cried and cried while Ted held me..I cried myself to sleep...But the next morning I woke up to the sun shining in my window, and my cat laying by my head..I got up and made my way toward the window..& I was in awe, as I took in my first look of Montana..It was absolutely breathtaking! There were horses running free behind the fence..and beautiful hills everywhere...The Beautiful Blue sky seemed endless..We made the ten mile drive to town..and I was in awe yet again of the beauty that surrounded me..It was such a small simple town and that was the best part-it was SIMPLE-There was no mcdonalds, no Wal*Mart,Nothing but a gas station, a lube center, and a clinic...But it had culture and tradition, it had a history,I wanted to capture every single memory I could, because after all, living here was only a small chapter in my life & I knew it wouldn't last forever..It was there that it all started, it was there that I bought my first camera..It was there when I found a love for photography...
